pikez17 ::: Favorites so do you have a goal beyond 405? Do you plan to keep moving up in weight? 07-04-03 15:10:04 _____________________________________________________
jlesk68 ::: Favorites I honestly don't know, I don't want to limit myself. Let's see what happens. 07-04-03 15:47:12 _____________________________________________________

pikez17 ::: Favorites I deffinatley see that happening as long as you dont lose steam. I am currently at 205 max lol. Watching your videos has helped me change my aproach though, and I am seeing nice results so far. Thanks for making these and uploading them. 07-04-03 15:07:56 _____________________________________________________
jlesk68 ::: Favorites They keep me motivated too, most of the time I train alone, so God knows I need the motivation. 07-04-03 15:48:41 _____________________________________________________
pikez17 ::: Favorites I also lift by myself, all my motivation has to come from within, which can be hard at times. Also not having a spot is very detering. I have a bench almost exactly like yours, but I dont have those saftey bar things... those look really usefull without a spot, I am always wondering what might happen if I cant lift the weight. 07-04-03 16:09:43 _____________________________________________________
jlesk68 ::: Favorites In your situation I would only train no less than triples, so by the second rep you can gauge if you can complete the third one. 07-04-03 17:29:37 _____________________________________________________
pikez17 ::: Favorites Yeah for some reason one of my replies didnt show up until later.. sorry for the semi repost... And currently I am doing sets of 2-5, but the last two sessions I had I just stayed around 2-3 and it seemed to work alot better. I am having a very hard time moving past 200, is there anything you could recomend ? What is your routine? I notice you move from very heavy weight / few reps to lighter wait and alot more reps. Any info would be greatly appretiated, thanks. 07-04-03 23:12:23 _____________________________________________________
pikez17 ::: Favorites I also lift by myself, finding motivation from within can be very difficult sometimes. And having no spot makes it alot harder, I have almost the exact same bench as you, only I dont have those saftey bar things, I need to get some of those, they seem really useful with no spot. I am always afraid I might not be able to lift the weight, and with no spot or saftey bars that would suck. 07-04-03 16:45:54 _____________________________________________________ |
