malignantpoodle ::: Favorites You said you had non-biased sources, now you're trying to make a case for using biased sources. And guess what... I'm AGAINST BSL! That doesn't mean that I'm against it because I feel like the pit is a safe animal. I'm against it because I feel that it is not government's place to say what kind of dog we can or cannot own. 07-06-11 17:49:07 _____________________________________________________
walters222 ::: Favorites good vid but bit odd because it depeneds on how the animal is raised 07-06-11 19:33:50 _____________________________________________________
Oliveah31587 ::: Favorites I know all this. And you are the one that started this whole thing up again. You want to run your mouth and let EVERYONE know how sophisticated and smart you are, but then when you have someone opposing you or saying something you don't like...you start trying to tell them everything they are doing wrong. And I tell you one more time, I dont know anyone that knows as much about dogs as i do that would answer for me. 07-06-11 21:23:00 _____________________________________________________
MamaPojo ::: Favorites soooo.. Makignant poodle.. people who have had experience with the breed giving information on that breed that they've raised and studied is biased?.. lol If you say so, let's think about the opinions of the "unbiased" opinions we have out there (ya know, the uneducated & unexperienced) I believe those are the ones leading to the breed specific legislation. Having owned, learned about and had experienced with something. Bias is based on favoritism, NOT personal knowledge. 07-06-12 00:47:35 _____________________________________________________
kat4u2luv ::: Favorites Awesome video, its nice to see the 'other' side for a change! People who have never spent a day with a pitbull need to spend time with one before judging. I've spent 10 years with my Boo, and spent a few years with my old Hooch. Yes, it depends on how theyre raised...so do something about the people who raise them badly, and let the rest of us enjoy our best friends, who we have raised to love and be loved. 07-06-12 13:13:34 _____________________________________________________
Oliveah31587 ::: Favorites Malignant insists they are inherently vicious and that statistics showing they lead in attacks proves they are way more dangerous to humans than other dogs. Whereas I believe all the numbers prove is that they are popularly owned by irresponsible/abusive owners. Moreso than other breeds. 07-06-12 15:26:00 _____________________________________________________
kat4u2luv ::: Favorites If they were "inherently" viscious, there'd be no nice ones. I'm seeing sooooo many good videos on YouTube of pitbulls in loving families. I hope other people see that there's a lot more pitbulls out there than the few news stories about attacks that you see each year. If there werent so many good pits, there wouldnt be so many videos with great people fighting for them...thank god we're all here for them. 07-06-12 15:31:06 _____________________________________________________
Oliveah31587 ::: Favorites I agree. But some people just don't get it. I mean they don't understand dog behavior or anything about diff breeds. After the research Ive done on pits for the last 3 years, I am certain that breed has little to do with the cause for attacks. 07-06-12 15:41:41 _____________________________________________________
kat4u2luv ::: Favorites Even the CDC who put out the 'way too oftenly quoted' "statistics" say that their stats are flawed and that breed isnt the problem, society is! 07-06-12 15:46:17 _____________________________________________________
Oliveah31587 ::: Favorites I KNOW! Thats what I said too. I have read the fine print and sounds like a half-ass survey to me. Too many "however" and"but" and "although", to be considered as REAL evidence. 07-06-12 15:49:00 _____________________________________________________ |
