I think it would be best if we adopted from the Philippines, as Marie is Filipina, it would help with the cultural issues that would be present in such an adoption. Our preference from the start has been to first adopt an infant, and then consider abroad or a dosmetic, older child. Have you guys ever thought about international adoption? International adoption is a bit more secure in the way that there usually is a "time frame". With domestic adoption wait time is never certain. Additionally, I had used the reference on my blog many times, referencing the mother who changed her mind as a "birthmother" without correction.
