Description: Adapted from Dr. Seuss's story "Thidwick the Big-Hearted Moose", this masterfull 1986 Soviet paint-on-glass-animated film won the Grand Prix in Ottawa and Los Angeles. The English translation was done by myself. The film was directed by Alexei Karayev, and the art director was Aleksandr Petrov - this is one of the rarely-seen earlier films that he participated in (Petrov is better known for winning the Oscar in 2000 for Best Animated Short). http://www.animator.ru/db/?ver=eng&p=show_film&fid=4768 |

antispamdinista ::: Favorites All this discussion on minutia only shows that art is a mirror not of the artist but of the viewer. 07-08-25 23:22:16 __________________________________________________
12Zwolf ::: Favorites Your sentence structure is flawed; whose I.Q.? The Asiatic lied to the American manufacturers to get America factories put into Asia, India, and the Middle East, and have knowingly poisoned products, i.e., lead products into children's toy, and anti-freeze into tooth-paste, plus lap-top computers, bidets, and automobiles that burst into flames, this is one f##k of an I.Q. madinsectos ::: Favorites How come their IQ was on average higher than the others'? According to not so recent research, meine Freundin? 07-08-11 02:09:52 __________________________________________________
12Zwolf ::: Favorites recent dna testing has proved that there is several concurrent species of humans, and the Nordic dna is the artistic, creative, building dna, and the actions of the Nordic proves that fact. The Asiatic built one interlacing wall, and as is the mind-set of the sexual predator, couldn't stop themselves, the Asiatic never 'invented''gun-powder', this lie is revealed in their lack of technology. 'Gun-powder' was invented by the Greeks, i.e. white people. Valkyrie Ziege Mourne 07-07-30 09:32:55 __________________________________________________
Stonethrower7 ::: Favorites That's not true, humans belong only to one species. Epicanthal folds are common among Mongoloid people, but doesn't apply to all individuals. Straight black hair is not limited Asians. Your opinion about their opera is based your ethnocentric bias; it may not be something of your taste, but to say it sounds like a chimp's call is a gross overstatement. Asians can speak like any human can. 07-07-30 05:21:41 __________________________________________________
12Zwolf ::: Favorites The epicanthal fold eye-lids are a dead give-away that the Asiatic has only recently evolved from the chimpanzees, notice their similar straight black hair, concave nose, and cheeks, and a high-pitched ululating they claim is opera, that sounds similar to a chimpanzee screeching. The so-called 'Slaves' are descendants of the Nordic dna, and therefor white people. Valkyrie Ziege Mourne 07-07-25 15:08:40 __________________________________________________
Niffiwan ::: Favorites (which is besides the point anyway, since he's simply projecting his own racist biases onto this film. If they were not indigenous, he'd simply say that the Slavs were correct to wipe them out. It's called "rationalization" ;) 07-07-25 14:51:31 __________________________________________________
Entidus ::: Favorites Beautiful art. I love this, thank you for putting it up . :) 07-07-25 13:39:10 __________________________________________________ |
