Matur1n ::: Favorites Actualy it can't be illegal. I think you mean unconstitutional. Illegal would mean it violates federal statutes, which it doesn't since the statutes approve of it. Your complaint would be that it violates the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment of the Constitution, thus unconstitutional.
