dospook ::: Favorites I am most certain that your video will help many see the power that theism has on the psyche of the masses. We have been pulled and manipulated and it takes years to wake up to the background of one's life and see the previous workings. Thanks for your video. It's one of my favorites now. cheers 07-09-22 13:00:08 __________________________________________________
msginca ::: Favorites Ya know ... if god wasn't on our money I'm certain I'd be burning in hell right now! Yep .... bet on it. Can't wait till we start worshiping unicorns. 07-08-10 01:15:47 __________________________________________________
GodlessLife ::: Favorites Love to know exactly which god this is supposed to refer too? 07-08-03 23:19:35 __________________________________________________
Matur1n ::: Favorites "This would make a beautiful coin, to which no possible citizen could object." So you don't agree with that statement in the letter? 07-08-03 14:58:54 __________________________________________________
indignant99 ::: Favorites Correct. I disagree, vehemently. That motto is ILLEGAL, and it infuriates me. 07-08-03 18:44:00 __________________________________________________
Matur1n ::: Favorites Actualy it can't be illegal. I think you mean unconstitutional. Illegal would mean it violates federal statutes, which it doesn't since the statutes approve of it. Your complaint would be that it violates the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment of the Constitution, thus unconstitutional. Unconstitutional, not illegal. 07-08-03 18:46:29 __________________________________________________
farvision ::: Favorites indignant99, I absolutely agree with you. It infuriates me too and it is indeed unconstitutional. So the statement that "no possible citizen could object" is flat out wrong - I was born here and am a citizen and I strongly object. 07-10-02 22:28:12 __________________________________________________
GalacticAtom ::: Favorites And we Brits have been protected by having a sovereign who reigns "by the Grace of God" and is "Defender of the Faith". On coins, these are reduced to the initials "D.G." (Dei Gratia) and "F.D." (Fidei Defensor). There's no such nonsense on our paper money; and our £10 note has Charles Darwin on the back :-). 07-08-03 09:31:05 __________________________________________________
nadiaTeeze ::: Favorites Yep. God's name on the coin has totally protected america. As americans we don't need sunscreen because gods name on the coin prevents uv rays from getting to you. lol. 07-08-03 05:02:19 __________________________________________________
farvision ::: Favorites nadiaTeeze, yes god's name on the coins prevented those airplanes from crashing into the twin towers ... er ... or was it god who ordered that? 07-10-02 22:29:22 __________________________________________________ |
