stbroda ::: Favorites i remember (sorta!) watching TPOH in Ryly's in S'toon in the early 90's. I loved how Moe asked Jon Bon Jovi (to the crowd) if his new haircut (jon had got the shorter 'do at the time) made him feel more like a man! If you are a Bon Jovi fan, don't get all queer on me...it was just a memorable moment. 07-07-10 23:45:17 __________________________________________________
sb9825 ::: Favorites amazing band....moe Berg is a genius. the fact that TPOH are not intl. superstars and still signed to a major label is a crime against music. 07-04-26 09:31:55 __________________________________________________
MitsahE1970 ::: Favorites Screw Rush - best Canadian band ever! Yes, I realize that's a bold statement. 07-04-01 20:17:45 __________________________________________________
midday69 ::: Favorites Cool, that's from my favorite song of their "I'm an adult now"...that's my secret rocker song...lol 07-03-24 19:23:19 __________________________________________________
wenesima ::: Favorites One of my favorite bands.I could swear that was at the Zipper night club in Vancouver.The backup singer was shaking the most lusious breasts.I always wanted to meet Moe.Unfortunately I met him while he was having a leak.I thought it would be weird to shake his hand.Wanted to say something smart but it came out sounding stupid of course. 07-01-12 22:53:26 __________________________________________________
peace0ff ::: Favorites really this isn't blus, this is good old modern rock. kroq used to blast this stuff all the time. poh were big in the late 80s. 06-11-25 08:12:13 __________________________________________________
greycell ::: Favorites Hahaha, thank you for this. I was at that exact show. I also think I was the only guy in the audience younger than 30... 06-08-18 14:47:52 __________________________________________________
valerie27 ::: Favorites um, or maybe they can't hear their monitors well enough? 06-08-11 07:11:44 __________________________________________________
if66was99 ::: Favorites It's not so much "off key" as it is "flat". Like it would be too much effort to sing "up to key". And you're right, it gives a wonderful bluesy edge to their music. Best TPOH line... Well, I don't hate my parents I don't get drunk just to spite 'em I got my own reasons to drink now Think I'll call my dad up and invite him. :p PERFECT! 06-08-11 03:45:23 __________________________________________________
gardenweed ::: Favorites Don't get me wrong, I think they are an o.k band. However the vocals are sometimes "off key". This gives them a raw edge. You only have to listen to their albums to hear what I mean. It is good to know though that I am not the only person to have actually heard of them. 06-07-08 19:26:56 __________________________________________________ |
