Jaanfo ::: Favorites 2007-10-17 03:43:23 It has nothing to do with Norhbound/Southbound. The cab car is always pointed toward Los Angeles. Since LA is in the middle of the route the train changes direction... Pushes into the station, then pulls out. Hence 775 pushes from San Diego to Los Angeles, then pulls from LA to San Luis Obispo. __________________________________________________
singwith ::: Favorites 2007-06-18 03:08:14 They are coming to L.A as "push pull" then leave L.A as pulled by the Locomotive. __________________________________________________
BNSFDisneyZildjian ::: Favorites 2007-06-18 03:01:56 Well, when the Surfliner goes northbound from San Diego, its does it in the Push-Pull position. when coming from LA Union Station, the is pulled by the Locomotive. __________________________________________________
singwith ::: Favorites 2007-06-18 02:59:55 This train going from L.A to Santa Barbara. I'm confused! Northbound means, going to Santa Barbara, right? __________________________________________________
BNSFDisneyZildjian ::: Favorites 2007-06-18 02:53:29 Since this is Northbound, shoudlnt it be operating in the push-pull position? __________________________________________________ |
