Ya, it has to be for a "public good", and private sector projects boost the economy and create jobs, so that's a public good, right? Well, that's the corporation's argument, anyway--for the government's benefit, "public good" is defined boradly as "just compensation" is defined narrowly. This is probably more on that topic than you wanted to discuss! ;) Great Vlog, Phil!

Eminent domain is being used to take property for private sector projects and the SCOTUS has said this is constitutional! It is being abused everywhere.
